Return Policy

What is returnable and not returnable?
Here’s the deal. You can send us back, for any reason, any product that that is 1) still offered for sale by the manufacturer; 2) is unused and 3) is in the original packaging. If it’s used or not in original packaging, we can’t take it back. Custom orders like custom helmets and gloves cannot be returned or exchanged.

Is there a restocking fee?
That would be crazy!

Can I return the product that I bought online to a Northstar Lacrosse Retail Store?
As long as it falls under one of the above categories, bring it in to the store. Just help us make it work for you by making sure that the stuff you want to return is in the original packaging and you include your invoice (either the one from us or you can print out your invoice that we email you).

What will I receive if I return product??
Full refund if it falls under one of the above restrictions listed above and you return it within 14 days of purchase. No returns after 14 days.
